• Respond to your request and provide estimates or scheduling.
• Prepare a relevant first reply to a project inquiry, including a useful follow-up question when appropriate.
• Coordinate design, build, and installation updates.
• Send occasional promotional emails or text messages only when you explicitly opt in.
• Improve our website, services, and local coverage.
• Maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

3. AI-assisted inquiry replies

We may use an AI-assisted drafting tool to help prepare the first email about a new project request, suggest follow-up replies during the inquiry, and identify project details the customer explicitly provided for an owner-reviewed project profile. Follow-up suggestions are not sent, and suggested profile details are not saved, until Sandy or Austin reviews and approves them. The tool does not provide pricing, confirm feasibility or appointment availability, or resolve complaints or warranty matters. Requests requiring business judgment are held for personal review.

We minimize and filter the information used for this purpose. The drafting tool may receive relevant project details and limited excerpts from the inquiry conversation. We do not intentionally send it your email address, phone number, IP address, uploaded photo files, marketing choices, or website attribution data. Approved replies are sent on behalf of Sandy and Austin, and you can reply directly to continue the conversation with us.

4. Text messaging and consent

If you ask us to contact you, we may call, email, or text you about your request, estimate, scheduling, and project updates. The marketing checkbox on our contact form applies only to occasional emails; choosing Text for project follow-up does not enroll you in marketing texts. Marketing text consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of any marketing texts at any time by replying STOP.

5. Sharing information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Service providers for hosting, analytics, communications, and limited inquiry-response drafting who help run our business.
• Professional advisors when required for legal, accounting, or compliance purposes.
• Authorities if required by law or to protect safety and rights.
